experience. He has a strong focus on developing and maintaining efficient sales channels
to ensure first class service to all customers. With a background in programming and design,
he also focuses on R&D for the ongoing development and innovation of the iTICKET system.

Technical Director
As a founding director of iTICKET, Phil is the chief architect of iTICKET's proprietary booking system. His engineering
background gives him a systematic problem-solving approach and his background in
Operations Research and Queuing Theory has been used to optimise the software for
iTICKET customers.

Hannah Bancroft
Account Director
Hannah's strong background in Event Management makes her an integral part of the
iTICKET team. Having worked in a variety of sectors in the UK and NZ, including music and
media, Hannah is an experienced Account Manager and ensures the relationship with
every iTICKET client is a strong and positive one.

Marketing and Communication Manager
Vanessa comes from a background of Marketing and Management, which complements
her special interest in the performing arts. Vanessa has been involved in the
implementation of the iTICKET system for many events and is committed to ensuring
the transition to iTICKET is a smooth one.

Angela has a background in Key Client Management in the entertainment and TV production industries and is a
valued member of the iTICKET team. She builds great relationships with her clients and relishes the

Haley is iTICKET's customer service star, and her attention to detail ensures the event setup
process and ongoing administration is simple and easy. Her previous event management
experience gives her the ability to deliver the best possible configuration and exposure of
