Award-winning chef Nic Watt brings Christmas to the De’Longhi Showroom
Hot on the heels of Nic Watt’s incredibly popular masterclass, Kenwood is giving you another chance to get up and personal with the award-winning chef.
On two consecutive Wednesdays (November 19 and 26) Nic’s holding Christmas-themed workshops, teaching you how to create a delicious three-course festive feast.
Each dish will reflect Nic’s passion for Asian-inspired cuisine and his philosophy of using only the freshest of ingredients, perfect for a Kiwi summer Christmas. It’s the same philosophy that he brings to the menu at MASU restaurant in SKYCITY’S Federal Street.
The festive menu will begin with a sesame salmon tataki, followed by a five spice glazed ham and Nic’s take on panettone – the Italian Christmas cake, with a few surprises along the way. The talented chef will share his recipes and flair for presentation using the latest innovation from Kenwood – the CHEF Sense kitchen machine.
The demonstrations promise to be both entertaining and informative, showcasing sensational dishes. Guests will leave armed with Nic’s menu, recipes, and the confidence to create this year’s Christmas meal like a top chef.
