Influenced by the journeys taken to hand-select the finest botanicals in the world, Bombay Sapphire’s Botanical Bazaar is a sensory cocktail and food experience exploring the flavours of far-off lands.

Expect music, fun, vibrancy and surprises, with the pop-up taking its creative cues from the bustling markets and trade route of the original Silk Road.

Market stalls will feature five food and cocktail stations carefully curated by Bombay Sapphire spirits ambassador, Chase Bickerton, and Jamie Johnston, the man behind pop-up sensation, Judge Bao.

Each session runs for two hours.

Each ticket includes tokens for two cocktails and two dishes. Additional tokens can be pre-purchased, or bought at the event.

'The Botanical Bazaar' mimics the atmosphere of bustling markets around the globe, so guests can browse and try a taste from each stall. While some shared seating will be available, this will be limited.
