Learn the mysteries and magic of tempering chocolate, cacao's amazing origin story, delve into the terroir of cacao, discover insider secrets of how to dip chocolates and create your very own delicious chocolate bar. Hosted by award winning Baron Hasselhoff’s chief chocolate disciple, Clayton McErlane, who will delight you with tips and tricks of the industry and share some of his travel stories, illustrating that chocolate is more than just a bar.
Suitable for 15yrs and up, No experience necessary. Class duration 2 hours.

Wine and Chocolate pairing Masterclass with NZ’s only Master Sommelier – Masterclass Zone Two
Cameron will be offer insight into tasting wine, food and wine pairing and you will enjoy 3 special wines paired with 3 special chocolates in this 60 minute Masterclass. You will learn how to taste wine with one of the most refined palates around, investigate some actual pairings and how they combine for a taste experience.

Cupcake Decorating for Kids – Masterclass Zone Three
Join the LittleCooks team in the Cupcake Decorating Masterclass for kids (or kids at heart)! In this session, kids will learn how to make a smooth buttercream icing and create 2 fun Christmas themed cupcakes to take away. This could be your chance to leave the kids with the team while you wander around the show!
Suitable for 6 – 12years (and up). No experience necessary. Class duration 45 minutes
