CHEF’S TABLE AT EURO WITH GARETH STEWART AND UELESE MUA

Nourish Group executive chef Gareth Stewart and trailblazing Uelese Mua, Euro’s head chef, have reinvented and sparked a new air of modern sophistication at Euro.

One of Uelese’s aspirations during cooking school was to one day work at Euro and as fate would have it, he now does, heading up the kitchen as head chef alongside executive chef Gareth Stewart. Both chefs share defining moments and experiences, Gareth’s background is rooted in classical French cuisine and Uelese has worked in both Paris and Marseilles during his time in France. This dynamic set of skills and attributes have converged to present the new Euro.

With both chefs having spent many years working with French cuisine, it is only fitting that for Restaurant Month the pair are showcasing a quintessential six course menu encompassing the full French experience at this special Chef’s Table event.
