Lithuanian born, New York based composer and vocalist, Simona Smirnova is coming to Auckland for her 5th tour! 

Simona is a charming performer who plays an authentic Lithuanian folk zither, called Kankles. Simona is the only Kankles player in the United States, and she presents this unique instrument across the globe in theatres, jazz clubs, communities and festivals. 

Always on the road, always charming and smiling, Simona is a true artistic soul that effervescently represents diversity and passion for the arts. 

At TAPAC, Simona will be performing with a local Auckland pianist, Alan Brown. The show will be a mixture of jazz, Lithuanian folk, and pop music.
