CONDITIONS:

1. FAMILY PASS – applicable to Gold and Silver seats only – (NO EXTRA DISCOUNTS) Valid for 2 Adults & 2 Children or 1 Adult & 3 Children

2. Children prices are applicable for children aged 2 - 14 (Children 2 years and over are a PAYING CHILD) – Children under 2 years DO NOT PAY but must be seated on an adult’s lap, at the discretion of management.

3. Prams are stored by ushers and can be collected after the performance.  Due to Fire regulations under no circumstances will prams or baby capsules be admitted into the Big Top.

4. Management Reserve the right to change or alter the program due to Injury or Illness

5. Management Reserve the right to remove any person/s from the show due to disruptive or disorderly behaviour

6. ALL CHILDREN 14 YEARS OLD AND UNDER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT (No exceptions)

7. RED SEATS – There are a limited number of these for sale and only go on sale one hour prior to each show time onsite at THE CIRCUS BOX OFFICE

8. UNRESERVED SEATING: Doors open 45 minute prior to the show. Unreserved seats will be allocated as you enter the Big Top.

9. Due to allocated seating, once tickets are booked, no changes or refunds are permitted

10. VISA, MASTERCARD AND CASH SALES – EFTPOS NORMALLY AVAILABLE

11. All Credit Card Transactions have a 2.5% surcharge added.

PERFORMANCE DETAILS:
Our performance time is approximately 2 hours.  This includes a short intermission (please note that, because this is a live event, the duration can vary without prior notice).

The performance may include bright or flashing lighting, smoke effects and loud sound effects.

WHEELCHAIRS:  
We have seating in the RINGSIDE area suitable for wheelchairs (location dictated by safety requirements) however we do require advance notice to have suitable seating. Please contact The Circus Box Office to arrange your tickets 0272 CIRCUS (0272 247 287)

No refunds or exchanges are permitted as stated in terms and conditions, if for some reason a show is cancelled, THE CIRCUS will manage exchanges or refunds from their Onsite Box Office.
