The Māoriland Film Festival is Aotearoa’s premiere international Indigenous film festival. Join us from March 15 - 19, 2017 for five days of shorts, feature films, documentaries and special events. The 2017 programme features NZ premieres, multi award winning feature films and many special guests. 

These colourful and stimulating tales from New Zealand, the Pacific, and far flung corners of the globe are a feast for the eyes, ears, and heart. They remind us all - in angry political times - how close we actually are to each other.

At Māoriland 2017 we hope that you too, in your own way will find connections with these big screen stories of indigenous peoples, our Nations, and our points of view.
